1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Greater Cairo:
    • Standard Shipping: EGP 120, delivery within 5-7 business days.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over EGP 750 across Egypt.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on location, especially in rural or remote areas.

2. Delivery Process

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification email or SMS with a tracking number to follow your package’s journey.
  • We use trusted local carriers to ensure the safety and timely arrival of your products.

3. Missed Deliveries & Reattempts

  • If you’re unavailable during the scheduled delivery attempt, the carrier will make up to 3 reattempts.
  • After three unsuccessful attempts, your order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

4. Damaged or Missing Items

  • Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund as per your preference.
  • Missing Items: Should any item be missing from your delivery, reach out to us within 48 hours, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.

5. International Shipping

  • Currently, we only offer shipping within Egypt. International shipping is not available at this time.
